HVAC Installer - Crew HVAC Leader
We have an immediate opening position for an experienced HVAC Install Crew leader. If you are self-motivated, good at problem solving and good at getting people to rally with you, this may be the job for you.

Duties:
- Must be able to work independently
- Work with and train any installer apprentice that is assigned to you
- Install different kinds of HVAC equipment
- Travel to the customers’ homes
- Communicate with home owners
- Maintain the equipment and tools that are in your truck for maximum efficiency
- Complete any necessary paperwork
- Communicate with install manager & warehouse coordinator
Requirements:
- At least 3 years experience with installing hvac equipment
- At least 1 year as a crew leader
- Must be able to pass background check & drug test
- Clean driving record

Duties:
- Meet with contractors and homeowners.
- Ensure jobs are done to quoted specs.
- Ensure jobs are done to Preferred Choice standards.
- Work with and manage installation department & crews.
- Communication with install department.
- Assist with scheduling.
- Meet with inspectors.
- Meet with installers on regular basis.
- Watch material use and cost.
- Run load calculations.
- Able to read and interoperate plans in order to run load calculations.
- Good communication skills.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of HVAC Management experience
- Must be able to pass background check & drug test
- Clean driving record

Pay: $60,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
