I hope this letter finds you well. My name is Brad Biritz, and I am proud to introduce myself as the General Manager of Dipple Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, & Electrical – the company that recently joined forces with Preferred Choice Heating & Air to partner in providing the best home services experience and support to the customers of our local community in the Upstate under one name. In the coming weeks, you will see a transition to an exclusive use of the name Dipple. Uniting under the Dipple name is about two strong teams coming together to build something even better than we could alone.
Dipple was founded in 1979 to satisfy the growing need for a service-oriented residential and commercial plumbing, electrical, heating, and cooling company in Greenville, SC and neighboring communities. For over 45 years, Dipple has been focused on having professionally trained employees as well as the best parts and services available. Dipple has been loyally supported by the community, and we are proud of the various awards and recognition we have been given over the years. At Dipple, we believe that taking care of people always comes first.
As someone who learned the trades from a mentor dedicated to exceptional values and care for customers, I take great pride in serving my community. I have spent over 20 years in the home services industry, starting as a plumbing helper by carrying parts and materials, digging, and doing the “dirty work” for my mentor. I have strived to instill the same values my mentor instilled in me in the technicians I lead, and I am honored to work alongside a fantastic group of highly caring and thoughtful team members. I can say wholeheartedly that your satisfaction is my number one priority.
Our combined team of experienced, talented, and professional plumbers, electricians, and heating/air technicians can install, inspect, service, and repair all your home plumbing, electrical, heating, and air needs. You will continue to see the same familiar technician faces you have become accustomed to from both Dipple and Preferred Choice, just together under the Dipple name.
